* Lands and Properties Department fees:
– 0.125% of the value of the real estate appraisal certificate (provided that it is not less than 2,000 UAE dirhams)
– 560 AED for apartments or villas + 410 AED for land
Real Estate Registration Trustee Fees:
– 4000 dirhams + 200 (5% tax) if the real estate appraisal is more than or equal to two million dirhams
– 2000 dirhams + 100 (5% tax) if the property appraisal is less than 2,000,000 dirhams
